After system update 1.29 ford power balance is useless, you active it power balance and a message pop out "no comunication with pcm" I try different years and same thing message pop out and no able to see or perform the power balance screen. I'm getting tired of this software issues I use to recommend this tool but not anymore, I'm warning people to not to buy this tool that use to be really good. Really dissapointed.

can you roll back to an earlier version of ford ??? i have never tried the function so i don't know if it ever worked .....

Do you have sent datalog and email to support, to report this issue?

you HAVE to use usb cable to run power balance now on 99% cars now.cannot run it through Bluetooth,very annoying......

Hello, please do as Kawracerx suggestion, using USB cable to have a try. It is because Bluetooth will slow down the PowerBalance updating speed, it easily cause the testing result or testing failed. At present, it is difficult to improve the Bluetooth rate anymore, so it is suggested you using USB cable to do this function. Hope you can understand.

I try with the usb cable and samething happen the message pop out again and I try different ford vehicles and same results not able to work. I send the data log to support and their answer was I have to buy the new updates!!!!! Really autel!!! How come if use to work fine.

And still useless, I'm going to buy the ford ids vcm and dump this maxisys out the door
